Contemporary Pilates Teacher Training
-
Our teacher training program is rooted in a modern, evolving understanding of movement, biomechanics, and human diversity. We move beyond rigid exercise ideals to embrace the complexity and individuality of every body.
This training emphasizes:
Intrinsic strength and coordinated support, rather than habitual bracing
Adaptability, with a wide range of exercise variations to support accessibility
Nuanced cueing informed by real-world experience with hypermobility, aging bodies, and complex movement patterns
A deep respect for each person’s unique structure, history, and capacity
Rather than teaching a single “correct” way to move, we guide future teachers to develop observational skills, critical thinking, and responsiveness. Our goal is to help you support clients in discovering what works best for their body.
We also prioritize client education and autonomy—empowering individuals to build awareness, trust their internal feedback, and move with confidence beyond the studio.
This program is ideal for those who want to teach Pilates in a way that is inclusive, thoughtful, and grounded in both science and lived experience.
